A host of classic book characters have taken Bude by storm and have now positioned themselves in various locations around The Castle and The Parkhouse Centre.

The question is, will you find them all, answer their riddles and complete the tasks they set in record time?

Meet our official time keeper at The Bude Light, collect your trail sheet, start your time trial and let the literary adventure begin…

Once you’re done, return to The Bude Light to stop the clock, have your name and time added to the leader board and take a team photo of course!

Delivered in association with Budehaven School, this is an event the whole family will enjoy. It promises not only to entertain, enthuse and energise young and old alike, but also gives the opportunity to discover some fascinating facts The Castle and Bude’s Heritage!

Activities and sheets are available between 2pm with last entry for the prize at 3:30pm. Age Advisory: All Ages Welcome. Accessibility: Disabled Car Parking nearby, disabled toilets in The Castle and The Parkhouse Building. Refreshments available in Café Limelight in The Castle on the first floor.
