A special Bude Guided Walk for the Literary Festival with local legend Pete ‘Vicko’ Vickery – Bude born and bred and one of the first members of the Bude Surf Life Saving Club.

He will take you on a journey around his Bude, bringing history to life as he shows you the various places of interest and historical features, but this is no official history tour – he will take you on a trip down memory lane as he shares stories of his life and childhood in our remarkable little town.

The walk will include a visit to Bude Surf Life Saving Club, the Seapool, the Lockgates, Breakwater and Pepperpot.

All ages welcome.
